I found a blue Nike running jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Cumberland Valley YMCA on Main Street, near the bike racks outside the gym. It's a men's medium, navy blue with a bright lime-green zipper and reflective piping along the shoulders. The jacket is in good condition with just a little dirt from the path, and it has a small silver carabiner clipped to the zipper pull plus a tiny phoenix embroidered on the left sleeve—easy to spot.
