Sterling silver ring with blue sapphire

I'm hoping someone picked up my ring after a busy afternoon yesterday around 3pm. It's a sterling silver ring with a small blue sapphire, about a size 6, and the band is a slender, slightly curved style. The inner band is engraved with the initials AM and there's a tiny nick on the setting from a bump on the way home. I wear it daily; it was a gift from my grandmother and it really means a lot to me. If anyone found it, I'd be grateful to hear from you and get it back, it has sentimental value and I'm hoping for its return near West Orchards Shopping Centre on Market Way, Coventry.
