I lost my red knit scarf yesterday afternoon around 3pm outside the Valley Library on the OSU campus, near the College Ave entrance in Corvallis. It's a soft, hand-knit scarf about 6 feet long, a seasonal winter essential, with a fuzzy texture and frayed ends. There’s a small pinecone patch sewn near the left end and a label on the underside that reads 'A. Kim' in cursive. It has sentimental value because my grandmother gave it to me last winter, and I was counting on it for the chilly mornings this week. I found a small silver pendant on a black cord this afternoon around 1:45pm near the Corvallis Public Library on NW Monroe Ave. It’s about the size of a nickel, with a delicate compass engraving on the front and a tiny heart etched on the back. The clasp is a simple lobster claw, and there’s a faint scratch along the edge where someone wore it. If anyone recognizes it, I’d be happy to hand it back to its owner.

Inside I keep a travel journal and a stainless water bottle, both of which have sentimental value.
