Grey Samsonite suitcase found near Garden of the Gods

I found a grey 27-inch suitcase this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center on Gateway Road, Colorado Springs. It’s pretty scuffed at the corners and one wheel is cracked, but it still rolls. A blue luggage tag has the initials A. Rivera handwritten on it and there’s a faded ski-trip sticker on the side. Inside, there’s a packing list and a couple of notebooks tucked under the strap. I know how stressful it is to lose luggage, and I’d love to reunite it with its owner—if you can describe the tag details or contents, I can arrange a handoff.
