I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:45pm outside the courthouse on Main Street in Chillicothe. It's a mid-sized case with gold hardware and a small dent on the bottom corner, plus a tan leather luggage tag with initials 'A.S.' I found a black leather briefcase while walking my dog in the park close to downtown Chillicothe. It was sitting on a bench, and no one seemed to be around to claim it. It looks like it's in great condition and has a combination lock on it, so it definitely seems important. There are no personal identifiers visible, so I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner.
