Seasonal lights found: multicolor LED string
I found a string of multicolor LED Christmas lights this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Chico Public Library on Broadway Street, near the corner of 2nd Street. It’s about 6 feet long, with a bright green cord and a small silver battery pack that takes AA batteries. One bulb is shaped like a snowflake and there’s a tiny dent in the plug area, with a fraying spot on the cord. There’s a white ribbon tied around the plug that says 'Merry & Bright'—I’m keeping them safe and would love to get them back to the owner, especially since they look new and like they were meant to decorate a porch this season.
Red rain jacket with fleece lining near Main Street Chico
I lost my red Columbia rain jacket yesterday around 3pm after volunteering at the Chico Farmers Market near the Starbucks on Main Street. It's a medium, red jacket with a grey fleece lining, a detachable hood, and a small tear on the left cuff; the blue zipper pull and a tiny panda charm on the inside pocket make it easy to spot. It was a gift from my sister and has sentimental value—it’s my go-to rain layer for this season. If anyone found it, please email [email protected]; I can meet up near the Chico Library or City Plaza to pick it up.
