Lost access to Spotify account and playlist after using a public computer at a coffee shop in Lincoln Park, Chicago.

I lost access to my Spotify account and my carefully crafted playlist while I was at a coffee shop in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. I was logged into a public computer and, unfortunately, I forgot to log out. When I came back to check, I realized some settings might have been changed. If anyone has found a way to recover playlists or any info on this, I'd really appreciate the help.
