Emergency contact info card in wallet
Category: Lost Contact. I lost my emergency contact info card yesterday around 3pm while walking from Millennium Park along Michigan Ave toward the Art Institute. It's a small laminated 2x3 inch card with a bright red border and a tiny QR code on the back; it lives in my black leather wallet. It lists my name, Priya Patel, and two emergency numbers, and it’s the quickest way to reach my family in an emergency—so it has sentimental value to me and I’d be relieved to get it back. If you find it, please text me at 773-555-0123 or email [email protected]. I last recall it near the Bean area (Cloud Gate) by Millennium Park, possibly around the Chicago Cultural Center.
Blue-lid contact lens case with star sticker
Yesterday around 3pm I realized my small contact-lens case was missing after I left the Starbucks on State Street in downtown Chicago. It's a tiny, clear plastic case with a blue screw-on lid; the lid sports a tiny silver star sticker and the words Bausch & Lomb are faint on the side. The case is a bit scratched from daily use, and inside I keep a small silica pack and my prescription initials handwritten in blue ink. I wear contacts daily, so losing this is a real hassle and I really need it back—I'll be grateful to anyone who finds it.
