Natural sunburst acoustic guitar, dreadnought body
I’m hoping to recover my Taylor acoustic guitar, natural sunburst, dreadnought size. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm after finishing a quick jam session near Cloud Gate in Millennium Park, Chicago. It’s a Taylor, natural spruce top with rosewood back and sides, with a few light scratches along the lower bout—the usual wear from gigs. There’s a small dent on the lower edge and a faint sticker inside the soundhole with my initials 'A.N.' that peeks out when the strings vibrate. There’s a blue nylon strap with a white Cubs logo attached, which is a unique clue. This guitar means a lot to me—it's a gift from my aunt and really tied to my music, so I’m really hoping someone returns it.
Found blue Korg Volca Keys synth near Millennium Park
I found a compact blue Korg Volca Keys synthesizer this afternoon around 2:30pm. It was on a bench near Cloud Gate in Millennium Park, Chicago. It has a bright orange JAM sticker on the back and a pink strap looped through the side, with a few light scratches on the casing. I left it at the park information desk for safekeeping, but I would really like to see it back with its owner; this gear clearly means a lot to someone who plays gigs in this city.
Lost handmade djembe drum with colorful carvings near the main dog park in Lincoln Park.
I lost my favorite djembe while walking my dog in Lincoln Park this morning. It's a beautiful, handmade instrument with colorful carvings around the body, and it has a distinctive deep sound. I might have left it near the main dog park area. I'm really hoping to get it back as it has sentimental value to me.
