Orange tabby cat with blue collar found near Main St gazebo

Found this orange tabby cat this afternoon around 2:15pm near the gazebo at the corner of Main Street and Chautauqua Avenue in Chautauqua. It's a medium-sized, short-haired guy with white paws and a small notch in his right ear. He wears a blue collar with a brass bone-shaped tag that reads Milo. He seemed friendly and purred when I spoke to him, not feral at all. He followed me for a bit but settled when I sat on the curb.
