I found a silver-tone bracelet with three teal teardrop stones on the brick sidewalk outside the Paramount Theater on West Main Street this afternoon, around 4:15 pm. It's in decent condition, with the stones securely set in silver bezels and a small, heart-shaped charm engraved with the initials 'A.J.' on the inside.
