Found friendly orange tabby cat with green eyes and collar near Waterfront Park in downtown Charleston.

I found this sweet orange tabby cat wandering near the waterfront park in downtown Charleston last night. He has green eyes and a collar but no tags. He seems very friendly and has been well taken care of, so I'm hoping to find his owner soon. If you recognize him, please reach out!
