Sunburst violin in worn case with dolphin sticker
I lost my sunburst violin yesterday around 3pm near the Charleston City Market on Market Street. It's a 4/4 Yamaha student violin, natural wood with honey-brown varnish and a few scuffs on the back from practice. The case is black vinyl, a little worn, and there's a green dolphin sticker on the lid. Inside, the bow has a light blue ribbon tied around the grip as a reminder to practice, and there's a small dent on the scroll. It's really important to me—this violin was a gift from my aunt, and I'm worried I'll never get it back.

I lost my compact Novation Launchkey Mini 25-key MIDI keyboard yesterday around 3pm. It's a matte black 25-key controller, about the size of a book, with light scratches along the right edge from a gig last month. The sleeve has a neon-green sticker with the initials 'JS' in white—easy to spot. I last had it outside the City Market area on Market Street in Charleston, right near the food stalls by the old iron bridge. It really matters to me; I use it to lay down ideas for songs, and it was a gift from my late mentor. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back.
Sunburst violin with blue bow wrap, lost in Charleston
Yesterday around 3pm I misplaced my sunburst Yamaha V5 4/4 violin near the Market Street entrance to the City Market in Charleston. It’s in a black hard-shell case with a red plush interior, and there’s a small dent along the back edge from a minor stumble last winter. The bow has a distinctive light-blue grip wrap, and there’s a tiny sticker with my initials 'JP' on the inside of the lid. This violin means a lot to me; it was a gift from my late aunt and helped me through some tough times. If anyone found it, please reach out here—I’m really hoping to get it back soon.

I lost my sunburst violin, a full-size 4/4 instrument, yesterday around 3pm near the Charleston Music Hall on King Street, just outside Marion Square. It's a Yamaha student model with a glossy amber-sunburst finish, a black chin rest, and a slightly scuffed back from years of practice. The bow has a tiny nick near the frog and the case is a black hard shell with a red plush interior and a faint creak when I lift it. This violin has real sentimental value—it's a gift from my late mentor and I really need it back.
