Lost saxophones on CMU campus, Central Michigan
I’m a student musician at Central Michigan University, and I’ve lost my saxophones somewhere on campus. I last had them around 6:15 pm yesterday outside the music building, after a quick rehearsal by the practice rooms. They’re in a sturdy brown hard case with a blue sticker bearing my initials, GA. It feels strange walking around campus without them; these instruments are part of my daily routine and my little piece of home when I’m away at school.
Sunburst violin in black case
I lost my sunburst Yamaha violin yesterday around 3pm outside the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Mount Pleasant, Central Michigan. It's a full-size student violin in a black hard-shell case; the instrument has a natural sunburst finish, a dent on the back near the lower bout, and the bow has a worn leather grip. The case has a blue strap wrapped around the handle and a CMU Violin Club sticker on the inside lid. This violin was a gift from my grandfather, and I really need it back.
Found mint-green ukulele with striped strap
I found a mint-green ukulele with a black-and-white striped strap yesterday around 4pm behind the CMU Student Union on University Avenue, just off Main Street in Mount Pleasant. It’s a soprano-sized instrument in decent shape, with a small dent on the lower bout and a shiny gloss finish. There’s a white Kala label on the headstock and a tiny pineapple sticker tucked inside the soundhole, which makes it easy to identify. The strings feel fairly new and it sounds surprisingly bright when I strum it. If you know who this belongs to, I’d be happy to drop it at the Union desk or meet nearby for pickup.
