I found a tan, medium-sized dog this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind NewBo City Market on 1100 3rd St SE. It’s about 40 pounds with a short coat and a blue collar that has a silver tag reading Buddy 14. It has a small white heart-shaped patch on its chest and a tiny white spot on the left front paw. It’s super friendly, wagging its tail and listening when I called its name. I’m hoping to reunite it with its family soon—it seems well cared for and a bit anxious without its people. I lost my blue Ruffwear Front Range dog harness, size M, yesterday around 3pm near the NewBo City Market on 3rd Street SE in Cedar Rapids. There's a small white paw-print patch sewn onto the left shoulder strap and a red heart-shaped tag with my dog's name Milo hanging from the D-ring. It’s in decent condition besides a bit of mud from the walk. Milo relies on it every day, and it has sentimental value since it was a gift from a friend.
