Found a silver Casio watch this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Cedar Rapids Public Library on 5th Avenue. It’s a Casio with a black leather strap and a slightly scratched bezel near the 2 o’clock mark. The back has an engraving of the initials 'J.R.' and there’s a subtle blue pinstripe along the inner ring. It looks well cared for, lived-in but not beat up.
