I found this Seiko steel watch with a black dial this afternoon around 3:20 PM, on the sidewalk outside the NewBo Market on 3rd Street SE in Cedar Rapids. It's a medium-sized watch, in good condition, with a few faint scratches on the bezel and a tiny dent near the 3 o'clock position. The back is engraved with the initials 'MJ' and a date code I can't quite read. The stainless bracelet feels comfortable, like a daily wearer.
