Description
On Tuesday at 4:15 PM, I realized my sheet music had vanished outside the Cedar Rapids Public Library on 5th Avenue, by the riverfront trail. It’s the last set I practice for my recital, the pages stained with coffee and pencil marks from last week’s run-through. I was seated on the library steps when the wind whipped the pages away, and I’ve been searching the sidewalk near the library ever since, hoping someone found the bundle and kept it safe.
