Blue U.S. passport in leather sleeve

I lost my blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm near the NewBo City Market on 1100 3rd St SE in Cedar Rapids. It's the standard-size passport book, dark blue cover with gold lettering, tucked inside a black leather sleeve that shows a little wear and a faint coffee stain on the back. There's a small scratch along the bottom edge, and the sleeve has a tiny torn corner from travel days. This passport has sentimental value for me—it's the last memento from a trip my family took before the lockdown, and I really need it back because I have upcoming visa appointments and travel plans.
