Silver Seiko 5 watch with blue second hand

I lost my silver Seiko 5 automatic watch yesterday around 3pm near the gates of Cardiff Castle on Castle Street. It has a brushed stainless steel bracelet, a black dial, and a slim blue second hand that really stands out. There's a tiny scratch near the 7 o'clock marker and a small engraving on the back—'A.R.'—which should help spot it. It's my daily watch and it was a gift from my late granddad, so I really need it back if anyone finds it. If you’ve seen it, drop me a message.
