Lost first edition copy of '1984' by George Orwell with a distinctive blue cover and name inside, misplaced at a café in Cardiff city center.

I misplaced my beloved first edition copy of '1984' by George Orwell while visiting a café in the Cardiff city center last Saturday. It has a distinctive blue cover and my name written on the inside page. I was so engrossed in my reading that I might have left it there or dropped it as I walked out. I'm desperately hoping someone has found it!
