Found a black waterproof rain jacket with 'AquaBird' logo on the left sleeve near Cardiff Bay waterfront.

I found a black waterproof rain jacket today while walking along the waterfront by Cardiff Bay. It looks fairly new, and there’s a small logo on the left sleeve that says 'AquaBird'. I couldn’t find any identification inside, but it seemed like it must belong to someone who got caught in the rain. If this sounds familiar, please reach out!
