Bright green budgie with blue cheeks found in Cardiff

Found a bright green budgie this afternoon around 4pm near Roath Park Lake, by the boathouse. It's a small parakeet with a yellow head, lime-green body, and blue patches on the cheeks. There’s a tiny orange leg band on the left leg with the number 214. The bird is friendly, chirpy, and seems healthy. I’m in Cardiff and would love to get it back to its owner—I've kept it safe and happy so far and can meet up at a convenient spot for a handover.
