Blue mug found near Cardiff Central Market on St Mary

I found this blue ceramic mug this afternoon around 3:20pm near Cardiff Central Market on St Mary Street. It's a medium-sized mug, about 350ml, with a glossy cobalt glaze and a white interior. There’s a small chip on the rim and a hand-painted sun motif on the side, plus the initials 'A.J.' scratched on the bottom. The glaze is a bit worn around the handle, but the mug is otherwise in good condition. I’d be happy to hand it in at the market lost-and-found desk so its owner can pick it up.
