I found a blue hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 5:15pm near the Brownsville Public Library on 7th Street. It's about 8 inches tall, with cobalt glaze and a delicate gold rim. The base has a tiny signature that looks like 'M. Rivera' and a faint fingerprint under the glaze. The vase is in good condition, with a small hairline crack near the rim that's noticeable up close.
