The badge is white with a blue border, has a small photo of a woman, and the name reads 'Lia Chen' with the department 'Parks & Recreation' and an ID number ending in 482. It's in a slightly scuffed clear plastic holder, attached to a blue lanyard with a subtle holographic seal. It looks like it's been worn a bit and has a few scratches along the corner.
