Vintage 1980s baseball card binder
I found a red 3-ring binder stuffed with vintage baseball cards this morning around 10:15am in the parking lot behind the Publix on Federal Highway (US-1) near SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County. The binder is labeled 'Topps 1986 Series 1' on the spine, and inside there are mostly 1984-1988 cards, with yellowed edges and a few sleeve tears. There’s a small blue sticker on the front cover with a tiny compass icon, and a blue ink note inside reading 'JR - 1985'. I'd love to reunite this collection with its owner, it looks well-loved and clearly valuable to someone.
Found red leather binder with vintage baseball cards
I found a red leather binder in the Sawgrass Mills parking lot near the Grand Avenue entrance in Sunrise, Broward County this morning around 9:15am. It’s about 8x11 inches and stuffed with a collection of 1990s Topps baseball cards in clear sleeves, plus a few loose sheets. The binder’s cover is a bit scuffed and has a coffee ring mark, and inside the front cover there’s a faded yellow Post-it that reads 'Chris 1994' with a tiny star doodle. There’s also a thin blue sticker on the back with hand-written initials. I know how precious these old cards can be to a collector, so I’d really like to reunite it with its owner.
