Framed watercolor landscape with gold frame
Found this framed watercolor landscape this afternoon around 2:15 pm behind the Bozeman Public Library on East Main Street. It's a 16x20 inch painting in a gold-leaf frame with a cream mat, depicting a quiet mountain range, a blue river, and evergreen trees in soft blues and greens. The frame has a small dent on the bottom edge and there’s a tiny pencil initial 'L' etched in the bottom margin of the mat. It feels like it could be a local artist's piece, possibly unsigned—if this belongs to you, I’d really like to help reunite it with its owner.
Found Shimano fishing rod and tackle near Bozeman Creek
I found a Shimano spinning rod and a small tackle box this afternoon around 3:15 pm near the Bozeman Creek Trailhead behind the Bozeman Public Library on East Main Street. The rod is blue and black, about 6 ft 6 in with a slightly worn grip, and the gray reel still looks usable; the yellow tackle box has a red Lucky Lures label and is packed with a few brightly colored lures. It looks like good gear someone’s probably missing, and I’d hate for the owner to be out here searching for it. If this is yours, message me here and we can arrange a quick pickup near the library or trailhead.
Blue 27” tennis racket with neon grip found near library
Found a blue and white 27-inch Wilson tennis racket this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Bozeman Public Library parking lot on East Main Street in Bozeman. It has a neon-yellow grip tape and a panda sticker on the throat. There's a small fray in the strings and a few scuffs along the frame, but it's still playable. I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner—this racket has clearly seen some use, and I figured someone might be missing it from the library courts. If this is yours, email me at [email protected] and we can arrange a safe pickup in Bozeman.
Vintage coin collection binder, 1960s coins
Hi, I’m Priya Kapoor; I lost my vintage coin collection binder yesterday around 4:15pm near the Bozeman Public Library on East Main Street. It’s a black faux-leather binder with a red spine and a slightly loose brass clasp, and inside there are about 60 coins, mostly 1950s-1960s US dimes and nickels. The front has a small pine-tree sticker, and the back pocket bears a 'Bozeman Numismatic Club' label; it also includes a folded checklist with my grandfather’s handwriting. This collection is sentimental—it's a gift from my grandfather and has been with me for years, so I’d be grateful to get it back; if you found it, reach out to [email protected].
Red leather stamp album with gold crest
I lost my red leather stamp collection album yesterday around 3pm on Main Street in downtown Bozeman, near the Baxter Hotel. It's about 9x12 inches, a red leather-bound binder with a gold crest on the front, and those old Canadian/European stamps tucked into pages inside. There's a bright blue sticker on the inside back cover labeled 'BM-7' and a small tear along the bottom-right corner—things I noticed right away. This collection has huge sentimental value; it was my late grandfather's hobby, and I really hope someone picked it up to keep it safe. If someone found it, drop me an email at [email protected].
