I lost my dog's favorite collar while walking him at the Riverfront Park in Billings yesterday. The collar is a vibrant blue and has a shiny silver name tag with my dog's name, Max, engraved on it. He is a small beagle mix. I absolutely loved this collar and would really appreciate it if anyone found it.
