Lost diamond and sapphire ring

I lost my ring which my husband had gifted me for 50 years of marriage. I am heartbroken. I recently lost some weight from illness, and it was loose on my finger and fell off . This was about Christmas time in the vicinity of The Vig Alehouse /Casino and Hilltop Casino. It has diamonds on one side and if you flip it sapphires on the other side. I would be so ever grateful if found. Thank you so much
