Lost blue dog collar with metal tag near Riverfront Park in Billings, Montana.

I accidentally lost my dog's blue collar while walking in Riverfront Park in Billings last weekend. The collar has a metal tag with my phone number on it, and it means so much to me. My dog, Max, is very anxious without it, and I'm desperate to get it back.
