Found a watch this afternoon around 3:15pm on the Boulevard Park boardwalk near the water feature by Cornwall Ave in Bellingham. It's a silver stainless steel Seiko with a black leather strap, white dial, and a small scratch at 3 o'clock. On the inside back case there's an engraving of the initials 'JH' and the leather shows some wear from daily use. It was sitting on the railing, not far from where joggers were passing, so I figured someone might be missing it after a coffee run. Reward if found. Lost on 11/15/2025 between 8am and 8pm in the Safeway parking lot off Sunset, closer to Taco Bell but still on the Safeway side. I lost 3 rings but 2 of the 3 rings were recovered around 8pm. I asked Safeway and Taco Bell if anything was turned in. The one that is missing has been in the family multiple generations and was my mother's. This is a priceless family heirloom and my mother died when I was 19 so it's even harder to lose. I'm 100% sure it was lost in the Safeway parking lot as I recovered my two other rings (engagement and wedding band) in the location I thought they fell.
