Found Chokers near Ulster Museum, Belfast

I found chokers on the pavement outside the Ulster Museum, by Botanic Gardens, around 11:25 a.m. today. They’re slim black cords with a small silver heart charm, tucked into a little velvet pouch. They looked new and a bit lost, and I felt a small rush of warmth at the thought of reuniting them with their owner. If you recognize these, I hope this helps bring them home.
