Navy umbrella with leaf keychain

I found a navy umbrella this afternoon around 3:15 pm behind the Port Arthur Public Library on 9th Street. It's a compact umbrella, about 30 inches long when closed, with navy fabric and a small green leaf keychain sewn into the wrist strap. The wooden handle has light scratches and the metal tip shows a tiny dent, but it opens and closes reliably. There’s a faded tag inside that says 'Suncrest'—hope that helps identify the owner.
