Found set of car keys with a blue smiley face keyring outside the drum shop across from Beaumont grocery store.

I found a set of car keys outside the drum shop across from the Beaumont grocery store yesterday evening. They have a blue keyring with a smiley face attached. I wasn't able to find the owner at the time, and I wanted to make sure they get back to their rightful person.
