Framed landscape painting in ornate gold frame

I found a framed landscape painting this afternoon outside the Kellogg Arena on Michigan Ave in Battle Creek. It’s about 18x24 inches, an oil-on-canvas piece with muted greens and warm sunset oranges, housed in an ornate gold frame with a tiny dent on the top edge. On the back there’s a red sticker with the initials KB and a small gallery label from 'Chroma Studio'. The painting is signed in the lower right corner by 'L. Hartman'.
