Lost: Brooches in Baton Rouge
On Sunday around 4:30 pm I realized my brooches were missing from a small velvet pouch in my tote while I was at Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge. I had been browsing near the Louisiana State Capitol area and might have left them on a chair by the cafe near the food court. The brooches include two silver pieces with a sapphire center and a tiny gold ivy leaf; they’re heirlooms from my grandmother and carry years of memory. I feel a hollow ache thinking someone might have found and kept them, and I’m trying not to lose hope.
Gold 14k hoop earrings with ruby accents
I lost my gold 14k hoop earrings with tiny ruby accents yesterday around 3pm outside Perkins Rowe on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge. They’re small hoops, about 3/4 inch in diameter, with a single ruby on the outer edge. One hoop has a tiny inward dent, and the inside is engraved with 'AM.' They were a gift from my grandmother and mean a lot to me, so I’m really hoping to get them back. If you found them, I’d be incredibly grateful—you can reach me here or email me at [email protected].
Silver Seiko diver watch with blue strap
I lost my silver Seiko diver watch yesterday around 3pm. I was wandering from Perkins Rowe, past Barnes & Noble along Perkins Road toward the LSU Lakes when I realized it wasn't on my wrist. It's a silver stainless steel Seiko, about 40mm, with a black ceramic bezel and a white dial; I swapped the bracelet for a blue nylon strap. There’s a tiny dent near the 2 o'clock marker and faint initials 'P.P.' engraved on the back. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value—really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, please message me here and I can verify more details to confirm.
Silver charm bracelet with heart charm and initial M
I lost my silver charm bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Government Street in downtown Baton Rouge. It's a thin sterling-silver chain, about 7 inches long, with a small heart charm engraved with the initial M and a second bead charm that has a tiny scratch. The clasp is a bit loose, so it could slip off if it catches on clothing. It means a lot to me—it's a gift from my grandmother and holds big sentimental value. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
