Found blue Nike running shoes near Pulteney Bridge

I found a pair of blue Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:45pm on Bridge Street near Pulteney Bridge in Bath. They’re UK size 9, men’s cut, royal blue with a white swoosh, and they’re in decent condition aside from a little mud on the soles. One lace on the left shoe is tied with a small blue thread instead of the lace aglet, and there’s a tiny red heart sticker on the insole. I figured someone might be searching for them, so I’m hoping to get them back to their owner.
