Found teen girl near Inner Harbor

I found a teenage girl this afternoon around 2:30 pm near the Inner Harbor, along the promenade on Light Street in Baltimore. She's about 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a slim build and long dark hair pulled into a loose ponytail, wearing a bright pink hoodie under a gray denim jacket and ripped jeans. She has a neon yellow backpack and a small blue anchor tattoo on her left wrist. She seemed frightened, kept glancing around for someone, and asked where her mom was.
