Found a small green parakeet near Texas State Capitol in Austin, friendly and used to handling.

I found a small green parakeet in my backyard near the Texas State Capitol in Austin. It seemed pretty lost and was hopping around on the ground, chirping loudly. I brought it inside to keep it safe.
