Found a dark blue winter coat with detachable hood near a bench outside a cafe in the Rainey Street area.

I found a dark blue winter coat with a detachable hood while walking near the Rainey Street area. It was lying against a bench outside a cafe. The coat looks warm and has no signs of wear, so I assume someone really misses it!
