Found a friendly green parakeet with a leg band near an apartment in Auburn.

I found a lovely green parakeet flapping around outside my apartment in Auburn. It seems friendly and has a leg band but no clear identification. I've been keeping it safe and healthy, but I really want to return it to its owner. If you're missing your bird, please reach out with a description to confirm it's yours!
