Found small gray rabbit with blue collar
I found a small gray rabbit this afternoon around 2:45pm behind the CVS on Lake Road in Ashtabula Harbor. It's about 12 inches long from nose to rump, with soft gray fur, a white belly, and a blue fabric collar with a tiny silver bell that jingles when it hops. It has a little notch in its left ear and a faint scar on its right hind leg—unique features I hope will help. The rabbit seemed a little startled but is otherwise healthy, and I've kept him safe in a carrier with fresh greens and water while I try to help him get back home. Brown and white hamster lost near Breakwater Park
I lost my brown and white Syrian hamster yesterday around 3pm. He slipped out of his small plastic travel cage while I was cleaning his enclosure near Breakwater Park by Lake Avenue in Ashtabula. He's tiny (about the size of a walnut) with a distinct white patch on his left ear and a tiny nose scar from a scrape last week. He loves sunflower seeds and will respond to my squeak and the rattle of his treat tin. This little guy means a lot to my family—it's our daughter's first pet and he has sentimental value. I found a cat this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the CVS on Main Avenue in Ashtabula. It's an orange tabby with a white chest and paws, medium build, purring when I picked him up. He wears a blue collar with a small silver bell and a tiny heart-shaped tag that says 'Luna'—not sure if that's the cat's name or a toy. He seems healthy, but a bit eager to wander; he has a small scar on his right hind leg and one ear that's a tad bent. I'm relieved to have him safe for now and hoping his owner will recognize him and contact me to arrange a meetup.

I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 1:45pm in the parking lot behind Harbor Park on Lake Road in Ashtabula. It’s a medium nylon harness, bright blue with lime-green trim, and there’s a tiny paw-print embroidery on the chest strap. A small silver tag hangs from the D-ring, engraved with the name 'Rex'—you can just barely make it out up close. There’s a light scuff on the buckle area and a tiny snag on the leash loop, but otherwise it looks sturdy. I grabbed it because I figured someone might be worrying about their pup; I’d love to help get it back. I lost my golden retriever yesterday around 3pm near the Ashtabula Public Library on Jefferson Street, by the lake. He's a friendly 3-year-old male, about 65 pounds, with a bright red nylon collar and a small blue ID tag that says 'Harper.' He has a white patch on his chest and a tiny notch in his right ear. Last seen heading toward Harbor Park along Lake Avenue, tail wagging and sniffing everything in sight. I found a small green tree frog hopping around in my backyard in Ashtabula. It's a bright green with little spots near its back and seems pretty healthy. I’m not quite sure how it got here, but my cat seems very interested! I want to return it to its home; hopefully, it’s someone’s pet.
