Black velvet evening gown with emerald sash

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 6pm near Pack Square in downtown Asheville. It's a floor-length dress, size 6, with a deep emerald satin sash tied at the waist, and a small silver crescent pin on the left shoulder strap. There's a minor snag along the back zipper and a faint coffee stain near the hem from a post-show coffee run.
