Red-spined paperback found near Oshkosh Public Library

I found a paperback mystery outside the Oshkosh Public Library this afternoon around 3:15pm, near the east entrance by the bike racks on High Ave. The cover features a lighthouse and a bold white title, with a bright red spine. Inside, a blue ribbon bookmark peeks out from between pages and there’s a sticky note on page 97 with the initials 'A.L.'. The back cover has a small coffee stain and the corners are slightly worn.
