I found a pink leopard print dog collar near the City Dock in Annapolis this morning around 11am. It's a nylon collar, about 1 inch wide, in good condition with a sturdy metal D-ring and a tiny brass bell that still jingles when moved. There’s also a small circular tag attached with a partial engraving that's hard to read.
