I found a pink floral dog harness this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind the Amarillo Civic Center on Buchanan Street. It's a small nylon harness with a pink-and-white flower pattern, a reflective strip, and a blue bone-shaped tag that reads 'Milo'—the letters are a bit faded. The harness is slightly worn, with a small snag near the buckle and a tiny fray along the edge. If this belongs to your pup, message me here and we can meet up near the Civic Center to get it back.
