Found a framed watercolor painting of mountains and sunset with minor frame scratches at Washington Park bench.

I found a beautiful framed watercolor painting lying on a bench in Washington Park, Albany, yesterday around noon. The painting features a vibrant landscape with mountains and a sunset. It has some minor scratches on the frame but is otherwise in good condition. I would love to return it to its owner if they can describe the artwork or tell me where they lost it.
