Found small green pet turtle near the riverbank by bushes in Zanesville, Ohio.

Description

I found a small green turtle while walking along the riverbank in Zanesville. It looks like it might be a pet that someone has lost, as it was wandering around near some bushes and seemed a bit disoriented. I brought it home with me to keep it safe and am hoping to find its owner.
