I found a black leather Samsonite briefcase this morning around 9:15am behind the Yuma City Market on 4th Avenue in downtown Yuma. It’s a little scuffed at the corners but otherwise in decent shape, with a red ID tag peeking from the inner pocket and a sturdy zipper. Inside there’s a blue notebook, a silver USB drive labeled 'Q2 Pitch', and a laminated company badge for TechWave Solutions.
